How to Check Computer All information


How to Check and Get Computer information in our Computer

Method 1 

Method 1 mean using Graphical user interface we can see all details of our computer 
Steps 
  1. Right Click on This PC (Windows 8,10) or  My computer ( Windows 7 ) 
  2. Click Properties 

Here you can all information all details like 
  • Windows Type ( Windows 7 or  Windows 8 or  Windows 10 ) 
  • Windows Edition ( Windows Home ,Windows Pro , Education ,Entrepreneur and etc ) 
  • Processor Type (Intel or AMD )
  • Processor Speed ( Clock Speed )
  • Processor Generation 
  • RAM Capacity 
  • System Type 
  • Windows compatibility ( Windows Activated or Not )
  • Computer Name - (important for Network sharing and Remote connection)
  • WORKGROUP ( Networking Time WORKGROUP is very important )
I am going to show my computer details 
  1. Windows is Windows 10
  2. Edition is Windows 10 Pro
  3. Processor Intel(R) Core (TM)i5
  4. Processor Generation 8 th Generation (after version of i5 you can see 8400 , here 8 is Generation of any computer )
  5. RAM Capacity ( 16 GB )
  6. System Type 64 bit
  7. Windows is Activated 
  8. Computer Name is DESKTOP-N5808HH
  9. Workgroup is WORKGROUP 

Method 2

Method 2 mean using CMD we can list out our all details of  computer 
Steps 
  1. press windows icon + R
  2. type CMD
  3. Enter 
  4. Now you can see CMD interface 
  5. Example of my command prompt 

This is my command line interface , using following command you can list out computer details 

  1.  Type : systeminfo
  2. Enter 
  3. that's it

you can see here all details of my computer , one interesting thing is CMD has more details than GUI .
just i have type systeminfo but it showing full details belongs to that command...

Note : systeminfo is one word , if you execute like system info that is wrong 

Method 3

  1. Press Windows icon + R
  2. type dxdiag
  3. then Enter 
  4. that's it

using dxdiag command also we can list out computer details 
Very important thing is if you want to check your computer model and BIOS version you can check and also you may check Graphic card details and sound cards 


Check Graphic / VGA 

if you want to check your graphic card details,  Click display and then only you can see the Graphic card details 

These are the details of Graphic card 
Here Graphic Card is NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 Ti Installed ( 4 GB Dedicated VGA )
Shared Memory may have include RAM , Processor its self .

Another Method to check VGA 

  1. Right click on desktop
  2. Click Display Setting
  3. Scroll Down and  Click 
  4. Click Advanced Display Setting 
  5. Then again click Display adapter properties for Display 1
  6. That's it , you can see the Graphic card Details
