What are the Difference Between Files and Folders ..?

Files 

Computer documents are saved as files (text, image, audio, video) 

 Examples of some documents are: 

1.  A picture you saved/downloaded 
2.  A letter 
3. A song or video you downloaded

Folders 

Folders are used to store your files 

 Folders are like File Cabinets, containing drawers, which contain file folders that can contain many documents.

What does it means Libraries 

 Windows Operating System has some folders already set up default in our PC: 

1.  Music 
2.  Pictures
3.  Videos 
4. Download
5. Documents 

How to Create Folder 

1. Right Click on your Location  ( where you want to make a folder )
2. Drag to New 
3. Click Folder 

 

How to Create Shortcut in Computer

Specially we have to consider about computer shortcut because in exam time we will face some questions.

• Press Windows Key and R (Win+R), while you press ,you can see Run command
• then type following
• if you want to create Notepad ( type Notepad) Note : Notepad is one word , that's means no space 
• if you want to create Calculator (type calc )
• if you want to create MS Paint (type mspaint) Note : Notepad is one word , that's means no space
